1. User Accounts & Verification

Users must provide accurate name, email, and phone contact details. All accounts undergo One-Time Password (OTP) verification. The account holder is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities occurring under their account.

2. Hosting Subscriptions & Payments

Hosting plans are billed in accordance with the selected duration (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Payments are processed securely via the Razorpay API gateway. Subscriptions renew or expire based on the selected billing cycle.

3. Subdomain Provisioning & DNS Registrar Synchronization

Subdomains provided by AV Technologies Yamunanagar are bound via our Cloud DNS Registrar engine. We reserve the right to revoke or reassign any subdomain violating trademark standards or our acceptable use policy.

4. Content Safety, Pornography & Abuse Prohibition

Users are strictly prohibited from publishing or transmitting:

• Pornography, adult or sexually explicit materials.
• Content that promotes violence, abuse, harassment, or hatred against any individual or group.
• Malicious code, spyware, phishing kits, botnets, or illegal downloads.

5. Copyright Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

The publisher assumes full legal accountability for all uploaded website files and database schemas. AV Technologies Yamunanagar will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user content, intellectual property violations, or website downtime.
